On August 2, 2017, the first BTG specialist successfully completed the Unisys Stealth v3.2 Implementation and Maintenance training course and passed the certification exam. The Unisys Stealth software-defined security portfolio delivers consistent, inimitable security for global enterprises focused on protecting data in their data centers and cloud and mobile infrastructures.

The Unisys Stealth training course is included in the ongoing training program for BTG employees and BTG expects to have more Unisys Stealth certified specialists by the end of 2017.

On January 16, 2017, BTG successfully passed the ISO re-certification audit and moved to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard for its quality management system. ISO 9001:2015 now follows the same overall structure as other ISO management system standards, making it easier for anyone using multiple management systems. The major difference of the new standard is the increased focus on risk-based thinking.

A team of BTG EAE and AB Suite development specialists assisted Jack Cooper Transport (JCT) (www.jackcooper.com) staff during the migration of JCT’s business operation systems (Electronic Transportation and Yard Management System and Financial Systems) from Unisys Enterprise Application Environment (EAE) to Unisys Agile Business Suite (AB Suite). The BTG team was also involved in the development of new functionality for the migrated AB Suite system.

Baltic Technology Group (BTG) continues to upgrade the client service-oriented skills of its IT specialists. In Q1 of 2015, a number of BTG specialists successfully passed ITIL® training substantially improving their knowledge about IT Service Management (ITSM). Considering the positive results, BTG decided to increase the number of ITIL trained employees through 2015 and enrolled another group of specialists into the “ITILv3, Foundation Course”.
